The Ivy Mind pairs high school students from around the world with research mentors from top universities and the industry. The Ivy Mind Global High School Research Scholars Matching Program (GHRSMP) is designed to help students develop their research skills and gain experience in conducting independent research. To be eligible for the program, students must be enrolled in a high school and have a strong interest in research. GHRSMP applications are accepted throughout the year. GHRSMP has a higher acceptance rate than traditional high school research programs as GHRSMP has a large pool of mentors who work remotely to guide students across the world and help avoid the limit of the intake as compared to the traditional high school research programs. The program matches students with mentors of unique ability to inspire the next generation of innovators. Applications are reviewed as they arrive and the decisions are emailed out on a rolling basis throughout the year.
Students are matched with a research mentor who is an expert in the student's area of interest. The GHRSMP is a valuable opportunity for high school students to gain research experience and learn from experts in their field. The program can help students develop their research skills, learn how to conduct independent research, and gain a better understanding of the research process. Global High School Research Scholars Matching Program offer opportunities in diverse research areas in STEM, Business, Humanities, Social Science, Music etc.
Your application will be reviewed by the top academic or industry expert of your top preferred intended area of research. If that expert has declined your admission or has already accepted the maximum number of students, your application will then be reviewed by the expert of your next preferred intended area of research, and so on. If you are accepted by the expert, you will be officially matched and you will be offered a spot.
Our program partners with top academic and industry experts who are committed to working with students from all over the world. Our experts use a variety of communication tools, including Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, and email, to connect with students and provide them with the support they need to succeed. Our goal is to create a learning environment where students can collaborate with their mentors on research projects and achieve their academic goals.
